Home Building In The United States Surges 12%

According to CNN Money, builders started construction at an annual pace of nearly 1,000,000 homes last month.

With 954,000 homes, this is a 12% leap from last November and nearly 37% from December of last year.

Various factors, such as the tampering off of forclosures and a recovering job market, have aided in this great new development.
