Jordanian Princess's Trust Sells South Florida Mansion for $45.36M

According to an Article in the South Florida Business Journal. A trust held by Princess Alia Bint Al Hussein, the daughter of King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan, sold a waterfront mansion in Palm Beach for $45.36 million. Sherouq LLC, a British Virgin Islands-registered company that has the princess listed as its beneficiary in county records, sold the 7,048-square-foot home at 1330 N. Lake Way.

The buyer was 1330 NLW LLC, a Delaware-registered company in care of the Gunster law office in West Palm Beach. It’s not clear who controls the buyer... The price equated to $6,436 a square foot. The home was built in 1996 on the 0.77-acre site along the Intracoastal Waterway. This is the first time it has sold.

It features five bedrooms, three staff quarters rooms, seven bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a deeded cabana on the beach, a pool, a balcony, an outdoor entertainment space, and a dock.

Princess Alia went to school in England before earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan. She has worked as an artist and created equestrian games in the Middle East.

There has been a surge in luxury home sales in Palm Beach over the last several years, but the tony town has been known for decades as a place where the wealthiest people in the world reside. full article
