Spanish Property Prices Expected To Rise In 2017

The Fund for the Orderly Bank Restructuring (Frob) has declared that Spanish property prices will rise again in 2017.

This will occur after two years of price drops and a further two years of stagnation.

"Specifically, Frob says that prices will fall by 2.8 per cent next year and 1.5 per cent in 2015, while land prices will drop 12.5 per cent in 2013 and 5 per cent the following year. Recovery of land prices will then begin in 2016."
