Loans: Now Easier To Get?

It appears that the fallout of the Great Recession is now behind some bankers.

It's now easier to get a home or car loan than it's been over the past five years. According to some, the lending is loosening up a bit, after years of being extremely tight.

"For years, it was difficult to get different kinds of loans, bank cards, as well as mortgages," said Michele Raneri, vice president for analytics at Experian Information Solutions, a major consumer credit-rating company.

It was also noted that banks are becoming more open to lending to borrowers who do not have perfect credit scores.
