According to Ariel Property Advisors, three multifamily apartment complexes in Washington Heights recently sold for a total of $10 million.
"This deal reflects the heightened investor interest in multifamily properties in Washington Heights," said Victor Sozio, vice president of Ariel Property Advisors.
The recent sales included one on W. 163rd street near Amsterdam Ave. and two near W. 182nd street near St. Nicholas Ave.
