The Wynwood Plaza (formerly known as 29N) is set to become one of the biggest ever projects in Wynwood, with 1 million square feet. It will become a destination project for the neighborhood, its developers have said.
- 266,000 square feet of office space
- 509 rental apartments
- Indoor and outdoor dining and shopping, with around 26,372 square feet commercial/retail
- Landscaped 25,000 square-foot outdoor public plaza
- Parking garage with 668 car spaces and 954 bike spaces
