ANYONE THAT SELLS YOUR DATA HAS NO LOYALTY 

NO FIDUCIARY DUTY

I OFTEN GET CALLS FROM APPRAISERS THAT ARE RESEARCHING

AND CONTACT THE AGENT OR OWNER AND SEE IF THEY ARE INTERESTED

IN DOING AN OFF-MARKET DEAL.  SO NEXT TIME AN AGENT SAYS...
